Design & Development: * Develop data mapping documents between legacy systems and Oracle Fusion Cloud. * Design and build ETL processes using Oracle tools (e.g., FBDI templates, ADFDI, OTBI). * Create scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading. Execution & Validation: * Perform data conversions for all relevant modules (Finance, SCM, HCM, etc.). * Conduct mock conversions and reconcile data accuracy. * Collaborate with functional teams for validation and sign-off. Stakeholder Management: * Work closely with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams. * Provide status updates, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with project governance.
