Education: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Services. ## Description The Associate Systems Analyst will provide technical support for applications used by the Information Technology and Corporate Services groups. The role involves supporting a variety of applications and technologies, ensuring smooth operations in both Windows and Linux environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of application systems analysis and demonstrate strong technical and communication skills., * Provide technical support for applications used by IT and Corporate Services groups. * Assist with support across a wide variety of applications and technologies. * Conduct system design and business information flow studies. * Recommend appropriate computer platforms, workstations, security devices, and communication protocols to support business processes. * Develop technical specifications, system use cases, and wireframes. * Conduct unit, system, and integration testing. * Support applications and infrastructure in both Windows and Linux environments. * Work on multi-platform server environments and multi-project assignments. * Maintain and manage defects list, remediation, and testing., * Purchase any product, service, or gift cards from us or for us as part of an application, interview, or selection process. * Provide sensitive financial information such as credit card numbers or banking information.
