Aggressive problem-solving skills and the ability to get things done. * Effective communications including public speaking and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, Knowledge of active directory and virtual machines. Work with a team of staging engineers and field personnel to test customer systems. * Provide "hands-on" support for systems testing and troubleshooting. * Serve as a catalyst for the resolution of product and system problems and communicate issues * quickly and accurately to the staging engineers. * Basic Unix/shell scripting skills a plus., * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Engineer Technology * 1+ years experience Travel Requirements Under 10% ## Description We are a staging facility responsible for designing, programming, optimizing, testing, and demonstrating two-way radio systems to our public safety and commercial market customers. These demonstrations are performed for customers onsite as an important part of Factory Acceptance.
