## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree with 12+ years, or master's degree with 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Quality Engineering, Solution Testing, or Test Automation, including 4+ years of direct people management.
 * Experience in testing methodologies, quality strategy, E2E solution validation, defect prevention, and release readiness.
 * Experience in Python or Java, test automation, UI/API testing and CI/CD.
 * Experience with cloud and infrastructure technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, containers, Linux/Unix, and distributed systems.
 * Experience in enterprise networking and cloud/on-prem integrated environments., * Experience defining an organization-wide quality vision, automation strategy, engineering standards, and continuous improvement roadmap.
 * Experience in leading global/cross-functional teams, manage quality risks and customer escalations, and partner with Engineering, Product, SRE, and Release Management.
 * Experience driving AI/GenAI adoption in Quality Engineering, including LLM-assisted development, agentic workflows, intelligent test generation, and no-code/low-code automation.
 * Experience with Cisco products, enterprise networking platforms, network controllers, devices, telemetry, data pipelines, and integrated cloud solutions.
 * Experience in improving automation coverage, release quality, defect escape rate, customer-impacting incidents, and regression efficiency.

## Description

Design, script, and execute comprehensive load, stress, endurance, and benchmarking tests across UI, API, and backend layers to ensure system reliability. Develop and maintain detailed test plans and automation documentation to enable reproducibility. Leverage AI tools to accelerate test case generation and optimize performance scripts. Diagnose complex performance bottlenecks across Linux servers, networking hardware, and AWS infrastructure. Integrate automated test suites into DevOps pipelines to establish continuous performance guardrails and provide actionable insights to development teams. Your success will be measured by improved system performance, early detection of regressions, and enhanced customer experience.
