In this role, you will impact the development and delivery of cutting-edge solutions that support Honeywell's aerospace initiatives, helping to drive innovation and maintain our leadership in the industry., On our team, you will have the opportunity to work on next-generation and new product development projects, directly contributing to the advancement of aviation technology in the Airborne Traffic, Collision Avoidance & Surveillance Avionics space. You will have ownership for systems engineering development at every aspect of the systems life cycle. * Lead customer interactions and ensure timely and successful delivery of programs within scope and budget. * Systems/software requirements development, validation, integration or verification. * Work across disciplines, collaborating with cross-functional teams consisting of Systems, Software, Hardware and Test Engineers to understand customer requirements and provide innovative solutions. * Strong problem-solving capabilities and can work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. * Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure. * Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in systems engineering. * Oversee the integration and testing of complex systems, ensuring that they meet performance and quality standards * Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
