## About the Role

* 10+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Program Manager.
 * Strong hands-on experience supporting manufacturing or manufacturing engineering initiatives, preferably new equipment projects.
 * Proven ability to manage large, multi-team programs and complex stakeholder environments.
 * Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and project governance skills.

Preferred Experience:

 * Medical Device, MedTech, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or other regulated industry experience.
 * Exposure to Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, Camstar/MES, or similar manufacturing applications.
 * Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
 * PMP certification is desirable but not required.

## Description

* 10+ years of IT/Technical Project Management experience with strong exposure to manufacturing/manufacturing engineering projects.
 * Lead complex projects involving new manufacturing equipment, technology implementations, and enterprise systems.
 * Medical Device, MedTech, Life Sciences, or regulated manufacturing experience highly preferred.
 * Remote U.S. role, working primarily in Pacific Time Zone, with occasional travel., * Lead large, cross-functional programs with 25+ team members across IT, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations.
 * Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, vendors, and executive-level reporting.
 * Drive projects using Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies from planning through implementation.
 * Coordinate requirements, testing, deployment, cutover, and post-implementation activities.
