This is a hands-on hardware/software role supporting test systems, testers, and RF/analog/digital measurement equipment used by our Hardware, Software, and Applications Engineering teams. You'll diagnose and resolve tester-level hardware and software issues, track spares for lab equipment, and work directly with engineers to keep test systems at maximum up time. Over time, this role has a path toward supporting our Field Service organization on the same equipment. Candidates should have direct experience with test equipment, ATE, or electronics hardware., Deliver hands-on hardware and software support to Engineering teams to maximize uptime of internal ATE test systems (LTXC product line). Diagnose and resolve tester-level issues - RF, analog, and digital circuit faults, measurement discrepancies, and equipment malfunctions - by evaluating and analyzing failure symptoms directly on the equipment. Research issues using tester documentation, schematics, and internal resources; escalate priority issues per standard process. Track and maintain accurate spares inventory to support internal test equipment. Log and process service tickets accurately using current tools.
