Enterprise Software & Vendor Strategy * Own the lifecycle of enterprise software, including optimization, implementation, and retirement. * Lead vendor contract negotiations where needed, performance oversight, and ensuring alignment with cost, risk, and service expectations. * Establish governance frameworks for evaluating and approving new tools to minimize sprawl and optimize the tech stack. Operational Excellence * Drive operational processes across IT and enterprise systems, including, system administration and support models and access management and lifecycle processes. * Track key performance metrics to ensure reliability, efficiency, and service quality. Program & Portfolio Management * Lead portfolio planning and prioritization across IT and major enterprise software initiatives. * Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale programs, ensuring clear timelines, resource alignment and risk management. Technology & Process Innovation * Evaluate tools, platforms, and methodologies to improve operational efficiency, system scalability and user experience. * Lead change management for new systems, development practices, and infrastructure improvements. Stakeholder Communication * Provide regular reports on software portfolio health, risks, timelines, and strategic progress to leadership. * Serve as the operational "glue" between the business and enterprise software., Ceribell reports transfers of value to health care providers (HCPs) as required by federal and state transparency laws.
