## About the Role

* Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience
 * Python development (numpy, scipy, scikit-image, and scikit-learn) for integration into statistical and/or machine learning applications (beyond academic examples).
 * Databases management and SQL development.
 * Experience with software development, including documentation, testing, bug tracking, version control, and MLOps
 * Active and transferable U.S. government issued DoD Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.

Qualifications We Prefer:

 * Active DoD Top Secret clearance with investigation within five years
 * Advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM preferred)
 * Programming languages and tools such as Python, scikit-learn, Jupyter, SQL (Microsoft SQL, MySQL), Tableau, and R.
 * Model Based Systems Engineering (Cameo Enterprise Architecture (SysML specifically), digital thread concepts, digital engineering, MBSE with DevSecOps).
 * Diagnoses and resolve RF and system power issues
 * MATLAB/Simulink, DOORS, DNG, Cameo, Jira, and Confluence

## Description

* Design and develop data visualizations using tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms to communicate insights effectively.
 * Perform data analysis on large, complex data sets, generating actionable reports and recommendations.
 * Utilize experience with various databases for data input, report generation, and data management.
 * Apply machine learning algorithms for data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, and data visualization.
 * Implement data reduction, feature selection, and feature engineering techniques to provide metrics that support evidence-based decision-making.
 * Automate processes to enhance efficiency and scalability in handling large datasets.
 * Collaborate with engineering teams to communicate findings and address technical challenges.
 * Conduct analysis at all phases of the system lifecycle, including concept, design, modeling, testing, operation, and maintenance.
 * Interface with stakeholders, including customers, programming management, and senior leadership, to support data-driven strategies.
