Skills and Competencies * Operational discipline runs a clean, transparent, measurable function. * Financial fluency comfortable with budget conversations at CFO level. * Influence without authority works through other function leaders to get things done. * Communication translates complex IT topics into clear executive narratives. * Process design builds repeatable operating rhythms and governance frameworks. * Strategic thinking paired with execution rigor. ## Description The Senior Director / Director of the Office of the CIO leads the function that makes IT measurable, predictable, and accountable. This is a Chief of Staff-flavored leadership role responsible for the Project Management Office (PMO), IT financial management, IT procurement, IT governance, and the operating cadence that gives business leaders trust in what IT says it will deliver and lets Finance trust how IT spends.
