This can come either in the form of real-world experience or actual hands-on background with Salesforce. * Knowledge of testing/QA best practices * Ability to create and utilize test scripts. ## Description As a Salesforce/CRM Tester, you'll be comfortable with Testing salesforce applications and utilizing Azure DevOps for designing, maintaining, and executing test cases for the Michigan Enterprise Contact Center team at the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget.
