This role blends IT leadership, project management, and application support, serving as a bridge between business users and enterprise IT services provided by the parent company. The position focuses on improving operations through practical technology solutions, leading end-to-end IT projects, supporting business applications and reporting tools, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring strong communication and alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
