Technical experience is important; however, strong work ethic, commitment to quality work, integrity, team unity, and excellent communication skills are equally important., * Proven experience in an IT support or administration role, or another applicable role * Demonstrated troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environment * Good judgment and the ability to effectively prioritize work * Ability to work independently, in person, as a company representative * Ability to work as a part of a team to help accomplish larger goals and projects * Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written * Attention to detail: punctuality, scheduling, documentation, record keeping, etc. * Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and configuration (firewall, endpoint security, account security, etc.) * Knowledge of email administration and email protocols * Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Entra, Intune, Purview, Defender, Azure, etc.) * Knowledge of the latest Microsoft desktop and server operating systems * Knowledge of Windows Server administration (Active Directory, GPOs, etc.) * Knowledge of backup systems * Knowledge of fundamental and advanced networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, switching, routing, wired networking, wireless networking, etc.) * Knowledge of leading virtualization technologies * Knowledge of MDM platforms used to manage iOS devices Physical Requirements * Must be able to stand, walk, and sit. * Must be able to move up to 50 lbs. * Use hands to handle objects and reach with hands and arms. * Climb stairs and ladders and maintain balance. * Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear. * Must have close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. * Must have a valid driver's license, be able to drive a car, and travel to the Fort Wayne IT Solutions office. * Must be able to perform all listed job responsibilities during the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
