Experience working with Apple device products such as Apple Configurator, Apple Business Manager (ABM) Experience with Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, iPadOS), Wireless/Cellular technologies, Computer Networking Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office programs Comply365/JeppFD-Pro apps knowledge is a plus Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and perform in a collaborative, team-based environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Apple certification is a plus Additional Details: The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience. Candidate must be local. There will be 1 onsite interview. Candidate will be working onsite Mondays - Wednesdays; virtual Thursdays/Fridays. Technical assessment must include the candidates experience and knowledge on MDM solutions eg/ JAMF & SOTI.
