## About the Role

* 8+ years of BI, Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or Data Architecture experience.
 * 5+ years of advanced Power BI development experience.
 * Strong Microsoft Fabric and Azure data technology experience.
 * Expertise in DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, and report performance optimization.
 * Experience designing executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and C-suite reporting solutions.
 * Strong dimensional modeling, data warehousing, metadata management, and data architecture knowledge.
 * Experience creating governed datasets and reusable enterprise analytics assets.
 * Strong knowledge of row-level security, data governance, and trusted reporting practices.
 * Experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog, Genie, or similar cloud analytics technologies.
 * Hands-on experience using Copilot, Generative AI, or natural-language analytics capabilities.
 * Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills.
 * Ability to independently lead highly visible and complex analytics initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

 * Hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience with Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, Notebooks, Real-Time Intelligence, and Semantic Models.
 * Healthcare, insurance, financial services, or regulated-industry experience.
 * Conversational analytics, AI agents, or natural-language query experience.
 * Analytics modernization or cloud migration experience
