We operate in 30+ states and are experiencing significant growth, building out an internal IT function to support our expanding technology footprint., We're looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Systems Engineer to join our internal IT team at our Jacksonville headquarters. Reporting to the IT Coordinator, you'll run the day-to-day administration and health of our fully cloud-based Microsoft 365 environment and serve as a senior technical resource on the team. This is an upper mid-level role for someone who works with real autonomy and goes deep. You'll handle complex configuration and troubleshooting, support our IT Engineers on escalated issues, and help drive and enforce our Microsoft security and configuration standards.
