Skills: * Strong understanding of mortgage loan origination processes from application through closing and post-closing. * Experience with Encompass Developer Connect, APIs, webhooks, or other Encompass integrations. * Experience with Encompass SmartClient and/or Encompass Web. * Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools. * Experience with mortgage technology integrations and vendor platforms. * Familiarity with mortgage compliance and regulatory requirements. * Experience with Agile, project management, or formal change-management processes. * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Proven people management skills. * Acute problem solving/resolution skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment. ## Description Position Summary: The Encompass Administrator Manager oversees the administration, configuration, optimization, governance, and ongoing support of the Encompass mortgage loan origination system. This role leads Encompass system strategy and day-to-day administration, partners closely with Mortgage Operations, Production, Compliance, IT, and other business stakeholders, and manages resources responsible for delivering system enhancements, user support, integrations, testing, documentation, and process improvements.
