IA Cert Level (DoD 8570.01): N/A, The Senior Intelligence Solutions Integrator (Team Lead) requires the following minimum skills and expertise:

 * 4+ years demonstrated experience leading team & managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
 * Must demonstrate experience/understanding with the following:
 + Working with bilateral or multilateral partners in areas of intelligence information sharing or intelligence data/system interoperability.
 + Ability to deliver professional briefings & presentations to diverse audiences.
 + Ability to draft & maintain documentation (e.g., SOPs).
 + Ability to produce reports incorporating text & graphics to convey complex concepts.
 * Meets all qualifications of general Senior Intelligence Solutions Integrator, including:
 + 4+ years demonstrated experience providing data integration support through data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, & data discovery.
 + Demonstrated experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination.
 * Bachelor's Degree (related area) from college or university accredited by agency recognized by U.S. Department of Education (desired); may substitute Associates Degree + 7 years' experience in intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma + 9 years' experience in intelligence discipline.
 * Requires current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph.

## Description

* Oversee team that provides bilateral/multilateral intelligence data integration & information sharing.
 * Work with assigned partner organizations to continuously identify information sharing or intelligence architecture gaps; research/identify potential solutions & recommend courses of action.
 * Identify intelligence information sharing opportunities & present solutions to government.
 * Attend meetings & working groups as directed.
 * Travel to bilateral/multilateral partner organizations to conduct site visits, audit existing intelligence architectures & information environment, & provide guidance on how to discover, access, & share information.
 * Provide detail layout translation of partner intelligence architectures.
 * Detail SOPs on communication with partners via networks & rapid dissemination of releasable intelligence reporting to appropriate partners.
