Systems & Tools Exposure * ADP Workforce Now (implementation and future-state platform) * NetSuite (current HRIS) * NovaTime * PPI Benefits Portal ## Description We are seeking an experienced HRIS Coordinator to support a growing Human Resources function during an exciting HR technology transformation. This role will serve as a key resource for employees and leadership across HR operations, recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, leave management, and HR systems., HRIS & Systems Administration * Support the implementation and ongoing administration of ADP Workforce Now (WFN). * Assist with the transition from NetSuite and other HR platforms to ADP. * Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems. * Support open enrollment activities, system testing, reporting, and workflow automation initiatives. * Partner with leadership and external vendors to improve HR processes and system functionality. * Assist with HR reporting, compliance tracking, and data management. Recruiting & Talent Acquisition * Manage full-cycle recruiting with a focus on high-volume, hourly workforce hiring. * Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and additional recruiting channels. * Coordinate interviews and work closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process. * Support onboarding activities and new hire orientation. * Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
