## About the Role

* 8-10 years of professional software development experience.
 * 4-6 years of strong professional experience developing modern web applications using React.js.
 * Strong experience designing and developing scalable, high-performance React.js applications.
 * Experience optimizing React applications using useMemo, useCallback, React.memo, and efficient component design.
 * Experience building or contributing to reusable component libraries and design systems.
 * Strong understanding of frontend performance, accessibility, maintainability, and scalability.
 * Experience architecting frontend solutions from the ground up.
 * Strong experience with Redux Toolkit, React Context, or similar state-management solutions.
 * 4-6 years of hands-on backend development experience with Java and/or Python.
 * Experience building or integrating RESTful APIs, backend services, or microservices.
 * Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and E2E testing.
 * Experience with OAuth, Okta, and OIDC, including secure sign-in, token handling, and authentication integration.

 * Micro-Frontends

 * Experience with frontend build and deployment processes
 * Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
