## About the Role

* Strong background in application or business analysis within complex enterprise environments
 * Experience with requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Agile delivery practices
 * Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data flows
 * SQL and data analysis skills
 * Ability to troubleshoot application and integration issues
 * Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating clearly with technical and non-technical partners
 * Ability to document business processes and technical requirements
 * Understanding of content management systems, metadata, or knowledge management concepts

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or other CMS platforms
 * Exposure to knowledge graphs, taxonomy, metadata, or semantic technologies
 * Familiarity with cloud environments, especially Google Cloud Platform
 * Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries
 * Ability to adapt quickly in a collaborative, fast-moving environment

## Description

* Gather and document business and technical requirements for enterprise platform enhancements
 * Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow documentation
 * Partner with product managers, architects, engineers, stakeholders, and vendors to support successful delivery
 * Analyze application behavior, integration points, and data flows to help resolve issues and improve performance
 * Support release activities and help validate changes through testing and implementation coordination
 * Document processes, system interactions, and technical requirements for ongoing platform improvements
 * Collaborate across teams to help ensure content, metadata, publishing, and knowledge services platforms operate effectively
