Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Developer 2. More than 7 years of experience as a Java developer, including experience in Java/J2EE and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles. 3. At least six months of experience in an Integrated Eligibility System within a Health and Human Services programs such as PA, TA, SNAP, HEAP, Fair Hearings, Child Support, etc., 1. More than 7 years of proven experience designing, building, and maintaining microservices architectures and RESTful APIs. More than 7 years of experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL) and SQL, as well as experience with NoSQL databases. 2. More than 7 years of experience with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito) and proficiency with build tools like Maven or Gradle. 3. More than 7 years of experience with major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including an understanding of containerization with Docker and Kubernetes. 4. More than 7 years of experience with DevOps principles and experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins. 5.
