## Description

Future for Kids supports elementary and middle school-aged youth who live in low-income communities and who may have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). As a Program Lead Flex, you will:

 * Assist staff with programming (i.e., games, behavior management, mentor support) Take the lead in programming as needed.
 * Build a strong rapport with participating youths and mentors.
 * Assist with set-up and clean-up at each program.
 * Assist with tabling and recruitment as needed.
 * Other duties as assigned., Please note, this position has a weekly schedule which will require Program Leads to attend Monday meetings from 11am - 1pm as well as visit a different site location at least two of the four program days each week depending on your agreed-upon schedule. This schedule can be flexible and will not require visiting more than one site per day. Program Leads will be required to have a minimum availability of 10 hours per week to serve the mission of the organization. Below is a list of the sites you may be assigned to visit
