Technical & Leadership Skills * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product ownership principles, and requirements management practices. * Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements and technology solutions. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Experience with business process analysis, workflow design, and process improvement methodologies. * Knowledge of data analysis concepts, data quality principles, and reporting solutions. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences. * Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and relationship-building capabilities. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail. * Ability to quickly understand and evaluate new technologies and emerging digital capabilities., * Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Product Owner certification. * Experience supporting enterprise-wide technology initiatives across multiple business functions. * Experience developing or contributing to product roadmaps and strategic change initiatives. * Experience with data modeling, business intelligence, reporting, or data governance activities. * Experience working in government contracting, engineering, technology, or other highly regulated industries. Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
