As a multimedia engineer, you know that even the best tools and processes can't have an impact without the right education. Constructing an interactive course that teaches critical patient movement requirements requires a real passion for understanding the needs of your customer. The Multimedia Engineer plays a central role in supporting the client's training mission. This role is responsible for designing, producing, and maintaining high-quality multimedia content that supports training needs for complex workflows including patient movement, medical regulating, and commandandcontrol coordination. The work products will ensure training materials are clear, engaging, and accessible across inperson, virtual, and on-demand modalities. The training modules describe system processes and user interactions through intuitive visuals such as videos, animated walkthroughs, scenario-based simulations, microlearning clips, graphics, annotated job aids, and mobile UI storyboards. The Multimedia Engineer works collaboratively with instructors, SMEs, and product owners to ensure all a content reflects the most current workflows, release updates, and operational requirements.
