## About the Role

Working knowledge of computer hardware, Microsoft Windows, and general software troubleshooting practices

## Description

We are looking for a reliable Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to provide front-line technical assistance for employees in Augusta, Georgia. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who has a solid IT foundation and wants to strengthen hands-on experience supporting workplace technology. The role focuses on resolving everyday hardware, software, and user access issues while delivering responsive, attentive service., Deliver first-level technical support for end-user devices, software applications, and routine network connectivity concerns
Diagnose and resolve issues affecting Windows-based desktops, laptops, printers, and other commonly used peripherals
Prepare, image, configure, and distribute computer equipment to support new and existing employees
Perform entry-level account administration tasks, including password assistance and basic user support within Active Directory
Install, update, and troubleshoot standard business software used across the organization
Record support requests, troubleshooting steps, and final resolutions accurately within the ticket management system
Communicate with employees in a courteous and service-oriented manner to ensure a positive support experience
