Reporting to the Director, Global Operations Technical Training, this senior individual contributor role is responsible for leading the execution, support, governance, and continuous improvement of training platforms, with a primary focus on the enterprise Learning Management System (LMS). This role ensures training platforms are reliable, scalable, well governed, and aligned with business needs. The successful candidate will partner across IT, Operations, Quality, Environmental Health and Safety, and HR/Talent Development to translate training and workforce capability needs into effective platform solutions that support adoption, compliance, operational performance, and continuous improvement. This position will ideally be based onsite at our Bedford, MA or Chaska, MN locations. What You'll Do * Execute platform governance for the enterprise LMS and related training technologies, including configuration standards, user roles, change control, and documentation that support consistency, compliance, and scalable administration. * Ensure platform stability and data integrity by providing operational oversight for system health, resolving escalated issues, coordinating upgrades, and partnering with vendors and IT support teams. * Drive business-side planning for platform enhancements and integrations, including gathering requirements, defining workflows, supporting testing, and coordinating deployment readiness. * Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that streamline platform processes, improve user experience, reduce manual effort, and support scalable training operations. * Partner with regional training leaders and site training coordinators to support effective platform administration and adoption across the organization. * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align platform capabilities with operational, quality, safety, compliance, and talent development needs. * Partner with analytics and automation teams to connect platform performance, data insights, reporting needs, and ongoing improvement opportunities., Not everyone who works for a global company shares the same background, experiences and perspectives.
