## Description

* Lead application development projects and manage delivery from end to end.
 * Ensure multiple products and services integrate effectively to meet business requirements.
 * Develop and promote application usage and development best practices.
 * Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams on data and application architecture.
 * Work with operational and development teams to establish testing and implementation strategies.
 * Track and communicate application delivery progress.
 * Oversee Tier 3 application support, including application upgrades and patches.
 * Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and operational risks.
 * Manage technology and organizational changes while ensuring stakeholders are informed.
 * Provide technical guidance and software engineering expertise to management.
 * Translate system requirements into effective technical solutions.
 * Create conceptual and detailed technical design documents.
 * Manage project resources and define technical roles and responsibilities.
 * Ensure compliance with applicable policies and standards.
