Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences: * Health care industry experience. * Supporting Contact Centers, IVR (Genesys), Workforce Management. * Experience leading teams in designing and implementing AI-enabled solutions, including LLM-based applications, RAG architectures, AI agents, intelligent assistants, and decision-support systems. * Experience identifying opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, analytics, and intelligent workflows to improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes. * Experience in defining solution blueprints, architecture patterns, integration strategies, and technical roadmaps that support current and future business capabilities. * Experience in evaluating emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions based on business value, feasibility, risk, and return on investment.
