This role will assist Program Managers across the portfolio in planning, executing, and monitoring program activities to include managing program execution, maintaining program cadence across Raytheon repair sites and external vendor repair locations, and identifying and communicating risks and opportunities that may impact program performance. The role also requires establishing and sustaining effective communication across functional areas within Product Support and the Prime Contractor Program Management Office (PMO). Additional duties include analyzing key Repair and Return performance metrics and recommending areas for improvement. Beyond internal responsibilities, the Program Integrator will interface with the customer on topics such as monthly program reviews, customer working groups, and discussions related to business growth. The Program Integrator will also contribute to future business development efforts by supporting proposal activities.
