* Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting networks, servers, endpoints, and identity, whether onsite or remote
 * Three or more years in IT support; multi-client or MSP experience strongly preferred
 * Solid Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID, and networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls)
 * A strong communicator who builds trust with clients and can adapt to any audience
 * Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102) preferred
 * Comfortable traveling to client sites across the NYC metro
