This role ensures technical program delivery and Agile Release Train execution operate with consistent standards, clear accountability, strong coaching, and measurable impact across complex technology programs and Agile Release Trains. This leader is accountable for building and managing a high-performing delivery leadership team that spans TPMs and RTEs, aligning program execution and ART execution practices across the portfolio, improving delivery transparency, strengthening escalation discipline, and ensuring teams are focused on outcomes, flow, predictability, risk management, dependency management, and relentless improvement.
