Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field preferred. * Proficient in MS Excel (pivot, charts, formulas) and PowerPoint. * Effective communication (active listening, follow up, written skills) with problem-solving, critical thinking, and organization skills. * Candidate must be eager to learn new processes and systems and remain comfortable in a fast-changing environment. * Ideal candidate would also demonstrate ability to recommend process and procedure improvements to increase effectiveness. * Attention to details and commitment to data integrity. ## Description The Sales Performance Analytics team is responsible for managing all aspects of data and reporting for insurance sales at Ally. The team oversees a cloud data platform, providing top-line reporting solutions, business intelligence analytics, and industry and competitor analysis to key stakeholders across Ally's auto and insurance-related business. The team's goal is to drive growth by transforming data into actionable insights that lead to measurable results. They work collaboratively to ensure that insights inform strategic decision-making and contribute to the success of the business. We are looking for a passionate Senior Analyst (Advanced Business Analytics) with excellent communication skills to be part our team. This role provides the opportunity to contribute in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, leveraging the latest technologies to drive meaningful impact!
