## About the Role

We are looking for candidates with 3+ years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Support experience who enjoy troubleshooting technical issues and providing outstanding customer service to end users., * 3+ years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, Technical Support, or related IT experience

 * Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365
 * Familiarity with Active Directory, user account management, and basic networking concepts
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
 * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology is a plus
 * CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications are preferred, * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
 * Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
 * Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented

## Description

* Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and basic network connectivity issues
 * Set up and deploy desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
 * Document support requests, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps within the ticketing system
 * Escalate more complex technical issues to senior team members when necessary
 * Perform user account administration, password resets, and access requests
 * Deliver professional and responsive customer service to employees across the organization
