Experience: Candidates must have 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise technology platforms, infrastructure services, or SaaS products. This includes at least 3 years of experience implementing, administering, or supporting AI, cloud, or developer productivity platforms. Experience deploying enterprise SaaS solutions at scale is necessary. Technical Skills: Strong scripting and automation experience with Python, PowerShell, or similar languages is required. The role demands experience with APIs, cloud platforms, databases, and enterprise systems, as well as building data extraction, transformation, and reporting solutions. A strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), Entra ID / Azure Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and enterprise security controls is necessary. Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk or Grafana is also required.
