This role will work across application development, API development, integrations, databases, and distributed systems while partnering with technical and business teams in an Agile environment., * Lead software development projects from initial requirements through deployment. * Provide technical direction and support to other developers. * Develop and maintain applications using C# and .NET. * Build REST APIs and application integrations using OpenAPI/Swagger. * Develop microservices and event-driven applications. * Create user interfaces using Blazor Server. * Work with SQL Server, Oracle, and relational database technologies. * Develop and execute unit and integration testing. * Partner with QA teams to identify and resolve application issues. * Troubleshoot complex production issues and determine root causes. * Monitor application performance and identify potential production risks. * Follow coding standards and development best practices. * Participate in code reviews and promote secure, scalable, maintainable solutions. * Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, architects, QA teams, and developers. * Mentor and provide technical guidance to other team members., * Experience with RabbitMQ, cloud platforms, containers, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture is a plus. * Utility or energy industry experience is preferred but not required. * This role involves working with complex enterprise applications and integrations. * Additional responsibilities may be assigned as business needs require.
