## Description

The Associate Systems Analyst will provide technical support for business applications and assist with application systems analysis across a variety of applications and technologies. The role will support applications and infrastructure in both Windows and Linux environments and work across multiple projects and platforms., * Provide technical support for enterprise applications and related infrastructure.

 * Perform application systems analysis, technical analysis, and documentation.
 * Conduct system design and business information flow studies.
 * Recommend appropriate computer platforms, workstations, security devices, and communication protocols.
 * Develop technical specifications, system use cases, and wireframes.
 * Conduct unit, system, and integration testing.
 * Support applications and infrastructure across Windows and Linux environments.
 * Work within multi-platform server environments across multiple projects.
 * Support batch data loads and application interfaces.
 * Install, configure, and upgrade vendor products in Windows and Linux environments.
 * Maintain and manage defect lists, remediation activities, and testing.
 * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
