You will design, build, and deploy custom SPFx web parts while tightly integrating them with automated workflows and data analytics. The ideal candidate builds custom front-end interfaces and connects them seamlessly to Power Automate flows and Power BI dashboards to deliver end-to-end business solutions. While work is primarily remote, there likely will be occasional in person meetings., * Custom Development: Design and build custom SPFx web parts and extensions using React, TypeScript, and Fluent UI. * Workflow Automation: Create and manage workflows using Power Automate to streamline processes across systems. * Data Visualization: Design, build, and embed interactive Power BI dashboards and reports directly within SharePoint environments. * System Integrations: Connect SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with external data sources, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph API. * Environment Maintenance: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of custom web parts, automated flows, and data refreshes. * Governance & Adoption: Implement permissions, security compliance, and governance for SharePoint and the Power Platform environment., B&A has launched several programs to focus on employee engagement, wellness, and assistance.
