As an Implementation Consultant - Finance, you'll partner with customers to implement COINS, Access's construction ERP solution, guiding them from requirements gathering and business process mapping through configuration, training, and solution delivery. Every implementation is different, giving you the opportunity to combine consulting, problem solving, and technology to deliver solutions that make a meaningful impact on the way our customers work. You'll bring experience implementing ERP, SaaS, or other complex business software solutions, along with a strong understanding of financial processes. You enjoy working directly with customers, translating business requirements into practical solutions, and balancing multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional customer experience. If you enjoy solving complex business challenges through technology and helping customers succeed, we'd love to hear from you., * Strong understanding of ERP systems, including system configuration, testing, training, and deployment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation design and delivery, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users. * High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage project issues effectively. * Understanding of cost accounting, construction accounting systems, trial balance, financial statement interpretation, database tables and fields, document management and OCR applications, and data file management, including configuration for data loading and DataMart/dataset definition. Preferred * Experience in QuanEtity Surveying or Accounting within the construction sector.
