 * Proficiency in React (or Angular/Vue), REST APIs, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
 * Solid backend development experience in C#, Java, or Node.js
 * Working knowledge of data modeling, data quality, and performance optimization for large-scale data pipelines
 * Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Git-based development workflows
