## About the Role

* An understanding of Cyber Security implementations and Risk Management Framework (RMF) (SP 800-53)

 * An understanding and hands on experience with Kubernetes, AWS, VMware, Linux and Windows operating systems, networking

 * Knowledge of Ansible, PowerShell, and Python

 * Experience RMF with Body of Evidence management

 * Technical curiosity to learn new skills and are ready to help across the team

 * Experience with vulnerability scanning and/or patching

 * Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

 * Active TS/SCI Security Clearance is required

Desired Skills

 * Strong understanding of System Security Engineering (SSE) principals and process.

 * Advanced Understanding of Risk Management Frame Work (RMF) NIST SP 800-53

 * Knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems (i.e., (2019/2022)

 * Knowledge of Linux Administration (RH7.x, RH8.x, RH9.X)

 * Familiarity Micro service architecture

 * Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, API's, Jenkins, Github and Gitlab

 * Jira and Confluenc

## Description

* Direct Cyber proposal, planning, and execution tasks.

 * Approve timecards.

 * Monitor compliance training.

 * Process promotion/job actions.

 * Conduct goals/performance assessment activities.

 * Submit/process awards and recognition.

 * Recruit/retain qualified Cyber engineers.

 * Coordinate and forecast new work for program(s) within area(s) of responsibility.
