## About the Role

* Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required.
 * An active Public Trust level clearance is required.
 * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, preferred.
 * Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience with LoadRunner Enterprise, 5 years with ALM and UFT, and software development preferred.

## Description

* Provide support for performance testing and automation initiatives for teams and projects enterprise-wide.
 * Evaluate and recommend testing tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of testing processes.
 * Develop, implement, and maintain performance testing policies, frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance with organizational and security standards.
 * Create, update, and manage training materials for performance testing and automation, ensuring they align with industry trends and organizational needs.
 * Deliver ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to cross-functional teams to enhance their ability to execute automation and performance testing, driving continuous quality improvement.
 * Simulate hundreds/thousands of virtual users (Vusers).
 * Capture KPIs like response time, throughput, and error rate.
 * Support different protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, web services, etc., depending on licensing).
 * Provide analysis reports and graphs to identify bottlenecks.
 * Administrative support for maintenance of testing infrastructure and tools, including ALM, LoadRunner Enterprise, UFT, etc.
 * Performance testing SDLC executions, development of performance test Scripts, test plans, test executions, analysis, and reporting.
