You approach security operations with passion and a strong defensive mindset against cyber threats. You will monitor multiple client environments and maintain regular communication with customers through phone, email, and ticketing systems. Therefore, you should feel comfortable interacting with clients and translating technical findings into clear communication. To support your growth, we provide a strong certification and training path tailored to your experience and career ambitions, with a particular focus on the Microsoft Security ecosystem. This will help you strengthen your technical expertise and handle increasingly complex security incidents and investigations.
