This role owns that chain for the IT estate - logistics and asset management from receipt to disposal, with the records that make an annual inventory survive inspection. Two identical positions are open on the same requirement; one starts at the beginning of October and the other ten days later. What you would be doing * Maintain accurate property accounting records for IT assets in the logistics management system. * Manage the asset lifecycle: requisition, receipt, storage, distribution, transfer, exchange, movement and disposal. * Support periodic and annual inventory inspections, reconcile records and resolve discrepancies. * Monitor warehouse activity - receiving, inspection, labelling, storage and issue to end users. * Check deliveries and shipments for quantity, quality and labelling before they are issued. * Work with technicians so the equipment requested actually matches what the user needs. * Prepare and keep logistics documentation, asset records and supporting reports. * Report regularly on asset status, inventory activity and logistics actions. * Recommend improvements to logistics processes and asset accountability., Logistics and Asset Management Specialist - IT Equipment (Oracle ERP) for NATO with security clearance Two seats, same work: keep the IT estate accounted for from delivery to disposal - warehouse, records, annual inventory.
