Technical Skills Mandatory: * Jira or similar Agile reporting and follow-up tools. * Agile planning, reporting and team performance tracking. * Good understanding of software development methodologies. * Good understanding of project management methodologies. * Understanding of automated unit testing and functional testing. * Understanding of Continuous Integration (CI) tooling and practices. * Experience with Agile metrics such as velocity, capacity and Sprint progress. Nice to have: * Experience with Kanban. * Knowledge of DevOps practices and tooling. * Experience in Agile transformation or Agile maturity initiatives. * Experience working in large-scale or complex IT environments. Your role will be to ensure the effective application of Scrum principles, team collaboration, continuous improvement and delivery excellence., Agile & Project Follow-up * Set up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives. * Organize and coordinate key project activities in line with the Agile methodology. * Ensure the smooth application of Scrum principles and practices within the team. * Support the team in achieving its Sprint Goals and delivery commitments. * Assist the Product Owner with Product Backlog management, prioritization and refinement. * Support the team in maintaining the Sprint Backlog and Definition of Done (DoD). * Monitor team capacity, velocity and Agile metrics to support planning and progress tracking. * Identify and follow up on risks, issues, dependencies and impediments affecting delivery. Agile Coaching & Team Development * Act as an Agile coach and servant leader for the Project Team. * Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices and ways of working. * Help the team overcome challenges and progressively develop a high level of self-organization and autonomy. * Remove or facilitate the resolution of impediments and barriers to team effectiveness. * Protect the team from unnecessary internal and external distractions. * Encourage collaboration, transparency, knowledge sharing and open feedback. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and actionable improvements. * Encourage team members to contribute beyond their primary roles whenever this supports the Sprint Goal.
