## About the Role

* 6+ years of experience in Data Analytics & Visualization
 * Strong expertise in dashboard design, data visualization and data storytelling
 * Ability to prepare data and translate business needs into clear visualization solutions
 * Good knowledge of Data Warehouses, Data Marts, data extraction and preparation
 * Strong understanding of data governance, security and data strategy
 * Hands-on experience with Tableau, SAP Business Objects and MS Office
 * Experience with SAS Enterprise Guide is a plus
 * Knowledge of Power BI and Python is a plus
 * Previous experience in Banking, Data Analytics and Project Management
 * Strong Agile mindset and ability to work in a digital environment
 * Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or another quantitative discipline
 * Fluent Dutch, French and English
 * Strong communication, analytical and influencing skills
 * Proactive, autonomous and collaborative team player

## Description

* Understand stakeholder needs and translate them into visualization and reporting solutions
 * Capture requirements and develop prototypes and full dashboards
 * Prepare and assemble data for visualization
 * Manage the full lifecycle of dashboards and reports: development, optimization, publication and decommissioning
 * Collaborate with Data Engineers to build sustainable, reusable and governed data assets
 * Promote data visualization and reporting best practices
 * Ensure compliance with data governance, security and data strategy
 * Coach junior Data Visualization Specialists
 * Document solutions and train users on reporting and visualization tools
