## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, * 2+ years in IT support or a similar hands-on role

 * Solid experience with Windows 11, Windows Server 2019-2025, Microsoft Office 2019-2024, and Microsoft 365
 * The ability to explain technical problems to non-technical people - clearly and patiently
 * A follow-through mentality: you don't drop the ball
 * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (some client travel required)

Already know ConnectWise, MaaS360, Sage 300 CRE, or hold an A+ or Network+ cert? You'll move to the top of the list., You're not the type to wait for someone to hand you the answer. ## Description

You'll be the person clients call when things go wrong - and the reason everything goes right. Day to day that means:

 * Resolving user issues remotely, by phone, and on-site
 * Monitoring networks and catching problems before they become crises
 * Documenting everything accurately through our ticketing system
 * Managing relationships with clients and vendors who trust you
 * Keeping Windows and Microsoft 365 environments running smoothly
