## About the Role

* University degree in Business Administration/ Informatics and several years of experience, or extensive equivalent professional experience.
 * Excellent German and English communication skills. French is an asset.

## Description

SAP PP & SAP PS Functional Expertise

 * Lead customizing and functional configuration for:
 * SAP PP: Shop Floor Control, Process Order Management
 * SAP PS: Investment Projects, Project Cost Planning & Controlling
 * Analyse, design, and optimize end-to-end production and project-related processes.
 * Support and troubleshoot issues in daily operations and ensure process stability.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to ensure integrated processes across modules.

Finance & Controlling Process Support

 * Act as Business Process Specialist for Finance & Controlling, serving as a key interface between:
 * Business users
 * SAP consulting teams
 * Internal stakeholders
 * Collect and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
 * Lead and support process improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and compliance.
 * Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for PP/PS and FI/CO topics.
 * Provide first-level and month-end closing support to finance and controlling users.
 * Ensure proper documentation of processes, system changes, and training materials.

Compliance & Accounting Expertise

 * Apply solid knowledge of IFRS and ensure financial process accuracy and compliance.
 * Validate SAP functionalities and reports against accounting requirements and internal control standards.
 * Support audits by providing system insights and documentation.
