## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im IT- oder Softwareumfeld (mindestens 2-3 Jahre in einer Helpdesk- oder Supportfunktion).
 * Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Applikation Support für komplexe Applikationen.
 * Berufserfahrung in der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche, im Bankwesen, in der Energiebranche, im FinTech- oder Compliance-Sektor sind von Vorteil.
 * Technische Skills:
 + IT-Allrounder:in mit breitem Fachwissen.
 + Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit API-Tools, Daten-Transformation, SFTP
 + Erfahrung mit Postman, Excel, FileZilla, Visual Studio Code sowie Ponton X/P Messenger.
 + Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien von Vorteil.
 + Kenntnisse in XML oder CSV erforderlich.
 * Grundkenntnisse im SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle).
 * Erste Erfahrungen im Release Management.
 * Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1 or C2) und Englischkenntnisse(B2) in Wort und Schrift (Voraussetzung).
 * Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Motivation, sich intensiv in regulatorisches Fachwissen einzuarbeiten, insbesondere im Bereich Transaktionsmeldungen (z. B. EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR, Dodd-Frank oder REMIT).
 * Freude an der Arbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld.
 * Strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise mit einem klaren Blick für Prioritäten, verbunden mit Selbstständigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
 * Sicherstellung einer professionellen, freundlichen und lösungsorientierten Kommunikation mit unseren Kund:innen.
