* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb und Troubleshooting von Netzwerk- und Securitysystemen
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Routing & Switching, WLAN oder Firewall-Technologien
 * Ausgeprägte Analyse- und Troubleshooting-Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
 * Teamorientierung und professionelle Kommunikation im technischen Umfeld
 * Sehr gute Kommunikationsskills (Deutsch und Englisch) sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Herstellern wie Cisco, HPE Aruba, Check Point oder Fortinet und entsprechenden Zertifizierungen

* Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs von Netzwerk- und Security-Umgebungen im 2nd Level Support
 * Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Netzwerk- und Securitylösungen im Rahmen von Incident- und Change-Management
 * Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von Störungen in komplexen Kundenumgebungen
 * Pflege und Aktualisierung der technischen Kundendokumentation
 * Teilnahme am Rufbereitschaftsrad (Remote) nach Bedarf
